When will my order be shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, I ship orders of in-stock items via USPS First-Class Mail once per week from Portland, Oregon. Please see individual product listings for shipping times for pre-orders or made-to-order items.

When will my order arrive?

USPS policy changes and COVID-19 have caused significant mail delays. First Class Mail packages sent within the U.S. now typically take 3 to 5 days (and sometimes up to 2-3 weeks or longer) to arrive at their destinations. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which you will receive once your package is in transit.

Why are t-shirts shipped separately?

All t-shirts are digitally printed and shipped by Printful, a third-party production partner. Each shirt is made to order just for you; please allow an average of 10-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Any other items in your order will be shipped by me from Portland, Oregon.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Please refer to your USPS tracking number for the status of your package en route. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages but if there are issues with your package please let me know.

What is your return policy?

I don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know. For t-shirt orders, please review sizing charts and fit notes carefully before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to USPS issues, rising postage costs, border delays, and VAT requirements, I am no longer offering shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada during checkout. Please contact me to inquire about international orders.

What are the care instructions for my t-shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary (do not iron the printed area).
